Please join us for our 1st Annual Golf Tournament and Lunch. This year’s event will be held on Monday, July 8, 2024 at Hopkinton Country Club. 

Registration: 7:00 am

Shotgun Start: 8:30 am

Lunch: 12:30 pm

There are several ways to support our mission and our golf tournament including:

Participation in our tournament directly supports the POST-22 mission – to empowering intellectually disabled adults over the age of 22 by providing a personalized and robust training/employment and community-based program.

Our goal is to offer innovative education and training tailored to each individual's unique needs, encompassing their strengths and passions. Through our community day program, we aim to create an environment where they can thrive and feel valued. We strive to secure perfect employment opportunities that foster their productivity and independence, ensuring a successful integration into the workforce.
